In case you haven't already noticed from the excitement of my previous posts, I am one of those types of people that literally counts down the days until it is *socially acceptable* to hit play on my favourite Christmas films. Once Christmas passes, I'm already thinking ahead to the next one and planning my cosy nights in, but that's just me. To me, there is nothing better than cosying down after a long day in the chilly weather, putting on a real feel-good film, and snuggling up into mounds of throws & cushions with a hot drink.

Above are just a few of my personal favourite Christmas films, although I have spotted one favourite that's missing from my ever-growing collection and that's The Miracle on 34th Street. A few of the films I've shortlisted in the photos just take me back to childhood memories whenever I watch them, particularly 'Father Christmas' and 'The Santa Clause' - one of the best things about The Santa Claus has to be the retro-oversized cheesy Christmas jumpers that the cast wear too, which reminds me that I definitely need to up my festive jumper game. Oh, and I also totally thought the reindeer were real until when I watched it last year. That's awkward.

Now, I think I'm going to have to watch 'The Holiday' and naturally become obsessed all over again with 'Let Go' by Frou Frou when it plays in the pub scene. That song just takes me back to the days of Myspace and picking the perfect song for my profile. Okay, I'm rambling now...

What are your favourite films to watch at Christmas? Can you recommend me any to add to my mini collection?
